Please follow below tips to avoid parking related issues, including towing.
First, familiarize yourself with your lease agreement; it may include specific rules regarding parking spaces assigned to tenants. If you are not clear about the parking rules, please contact your Property Manager immediately before you start parking your vehicle/s
Please make sure you have received parking sticker from your Property Manager before your lease starts and display properly though out your residency. Any questions about Parking sticker or how to get one, please contact your Property Manager before you start parking your vehicle/s, otherwise you will risk your car getting towed away
If you have a designated spot, be sure to park within the lines to avoid disputes with neighbors.
When parking in shared areas, be considerate of others by leaving ample space and avoiding blocking entrances or driveways.
Additionally, always be aware of any local parking regulations or permits needed in your area to avoid fines.
If you notice any maintenance issues in the parking lot, report them promptly to your landlord.
Lastly, if you plan to have guests, inform them about any parking restrictions to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Following these guidelines can help maintain a more enjoyable living situation for everyone in your community.
